Cervical cancer is the only cancer that could be virtually eliminated in Europe. Effective cervical cancer screening programs can prevent 80% of cervical cancers and HPV vaccination of adolescents will reduce cervical cancer rates even further. However, two problems stop us from realising this amazing potential:

1. the majority of Europeans still do not have access to these programs
2. even where these programs exist, many people do not take advantage of them

We need your help to make sure all European governments implement effective cervical cancer prevention programs without further delay and we also need your help to raise awareness so people use these programs where they are available.

Join the ICCPA and we will provide you with regular updates on the actions we are planning so you can choose whether or not you would like to participate. At all times, it will be up to you to decide if you want to participate; joining the ICCPA only means that we will keep you regularly informed about our work.
